is there a minimum stay?
Yes! for short term rentals the minimum stay is typically 2 days per booking unless discussed with the property manager. For long-term stays the booking must be 28 days or longer to be considered long term.
are background checks required?
Background checks are typically required for each guest during long term stays of 28 days or more
what time is check-in / out ?
Check-Ins begin at 3 pm and Check-Out is at 11 am
what are the house rules?
Our house rules are designed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful experience for both guests and property owners. Key rules include: no smoking inside the property, no parties or events, quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM, and respect for the property’s furnishings and amenities. Guests are expected to dispose of trash properly, follow check-in and check-out times, and report any damages or issues promptly. Additionally, we ask that guests adhere to local laws and regulations, including occupancy limits and parking guidelines, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone
what is the cancelation policy?
